Position Title: Spa Host | Receptionist

Location: Winelands, Somerset West

Reports To: Spa Manager

Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa is seeking an exceptional Spa Host | Receptionist to join our luxury spa team. This position is ideally suited to an enthusiastic, guest-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional five-star service and creating memorable guest experiences. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our spa guests, ensuring a seamless guest journey from reservation through to departure. In addition to front-of-house reception duties, the role includes operational and administrative support, stock and petty cash control, retail sales, and assisting with the daily operation of the spa. The successful candidate must also be willing and qualified to perform treatments when required, providing operational support in the absence of a therapist. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

· Deliver exceptional five-star guest service at all times.

· Manage spa reservations, guest enquiries, check-ins and check-outs.

· Promote spa treatments, retail products and current promotions.

· Provide administrative and operational support to the Spa Manager.

· Maintain accurate records, reports and guest information.

· Monitor stock levels, assist with stock takes and manage petty cash.

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene standards.

· Perform professional spa treatments when operationally required.

· Maintain the highest standards of presentation, professionalism and confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements

· Diploma in Health & Skincare (or equivalent qualification).

· Minimum of 2 years' experience within a luxury spa or hospitality environment.

· Qualified and competent to perform professional spa treatments.

· Experience using spa booking systems (ESP experience advantageous).

· Experience working with hotel property management systems.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

· Strong retail sales ability with a passion for guest service.

· Well-presented, professional and service-driven.

· Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

· Ability to work independently within a fast-paced luxury environment.
