SPA MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Spa Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Spa Management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and guest service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to manage staff, inventory, budgets, and daily spa operations.
• Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to achieve operational and service goals.
• Develop spa promotions and strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Monitor spa revenue, expenses, inventory, and overall performance.
• Ensure all treatments, facilities, and services meet quality and safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
