Spa Manager

About the role

Spa Manager role responsible for overseeing all operations and staff management at Mali Room Massage locations (Sukhumvit / Sutthisan / Ratchada).

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all employee work and performance
• Develop, control and maintain service standards and professional organizational image
• Analyze, plan and develop marketing strategies and promotional activities aligned with organizational direction
• Study and analyze competitors to identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams and report operational results to management
• Present approaches, plans and strategies to drive business growth

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Service Management, Business Administration, Health Management or related field
• 5-10 years or more experience in marketing, brand building or spa business
• Foundational knowledge of spa business and operations processes
• Leadership skills, strong communication abilities and team management capability
• English language proficiency (customer base includes foreign nationals)
• Ability to analyze figures, plan sales targets and develop business growth (commission available if KPI targets are met)
• Proficiency with basic programs such as Excel, Canva, LINE OA and shop management systems, with ability to learn quickly
