Spa Manager

Job Summary: To manage the overall operations of the Therapy Centre, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient utilization of resources, adherence to approved therapy protocols, staff performance, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all therapy services and ensure smooth functioning of the Therapy Centre.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with approved therapy protocols, SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor patient schedules, therapy allocations, and service delivery to ensure timely and effective treatment.
• Supervise therapists, trainers, and support staff, ensuring discipline, productivity, and professional conduct.
• Conduct regular audits of therapy quality, patient feedback, and service standards.
• Coordinate with medical, accommodation, front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless patient care.
• Handle patient concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively.
• Monitor departmental budgets, consumables, equipment utilization, and inventory control.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of therapy rooms, equipment, and facilities.
• Prepare operational reports, performance reviews, patient feedback analyses, and management updates.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement, process improvement, and staff development.
• Organize training programs and continuous skill development initiatives for therapy staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Healthcare, Wellness Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 510 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, therapy centre, spa, or hospital operations.
• Prior experience in team management and patient service operations preferred.
