What they need

Lead the team. Grow the location. Own the results.

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in Murray is looking for a confident, motivated Spa Manager who enjoys selling, developing people, and growing a business.

Sales and membership growth are central responsibilities of this role. You will personally lead sales conversations, build customer relationships, coach the team, and take ownership of the location’s performance.

You don’t need spa experience. You do need a track record of taking initiative, following through, and turning conversations into sales.

Maybe you’re a personal trainer who built your own client base and sold training packages. Maybe you’ve led a fitness studio, managed a retail team, or succeeded in membership sales. If you know how to earn trust, ask for the sale, retain customers, and motivate others, we want to meet you.

What you’ll ownSales and location growth

  • Take ownership of location revenue, membership sales, and progress toward agreed-upon growth goals.
  • Personally sell memberships and service packages by understanding guest goals, explaining value, addressing objections, and confidently asking for the sale.
  • Ensure new inquiries receive prompt follow-up and interested guests are guided toward booking and attending their first visit.
  • Follow up with first-time guests who haven’t joined, past guests who haven’t returned, and members who need help staying engaged.
  • Look ahead at appointment availability and organize outreach to fill open spots.
  • Identify appropriate upgrade, add-on, and additional service opportunities in coordination with the clinical team.
  • Build local partnerships with gyms, personal trainers, businesses, and community organizations.
  • Work with ownership and marketing support to turn promotions and incoming leads into booked visits and repeat business.

Team leadership and accountability

  • Serve as the day-to-day manager for location staff, setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable.
  • Hire, onboard, schedule, coach, and manage employee performance in collaboration with ownership.
  • Lead short daily huddles focused on guest experience, sales opportunities, appointment availability, and team priorities.
  • Practice sales conversations with staff and provide specific, constructive feedback.
  • Build a dependable team that can deliver strong results when you are away from the location.
  • Address performance issues promptly and create a positive environment where people take responsibility for their work.

Guest experience and member retention

  • Make every guest feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.
  • Build relationships that encourage repeat visits, referrals, and long-term membership.
  • Follow up on guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally.
  • Identify why members become inactive or cancel, and take action to improve retention.
  • Ensure sales conversations are honest, helpful, and respectful of each guest’s choices.

Daily operations and business performance

  • Oversee staffing coverage, scheduling, facility presentation, inventory coordination, and daily operating procedures.
  • Keep customer records, follow-up tasks, and sales activity organized in the location’s software.
  • Review revenue, membership conversion, active membership growth, cancellations, appointment utilization, and staffing costs.
  • Bring ownership a clear picture of results, challenges, and the actions you’re taking to improve performance.
  • Make decisions within your authority and bring forward solutions when additional support is needed.
  • Partner with the clinical lead to maintain a professional, safe guest experience. Clinical decisions, treatment eligibility, and medical care remain with qualified clinical personnel.

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated success in sales, with examples of goals you achieved or business you helped grow.
  • Confidence starting conversations, following up, handling objections, and asking for a commitment.
  • An assertive, personable communication style that builds trust.
  • An ownership mindset: you notice opportunities, solve problems, and follow through without needing constant direction.
  • The ability to coach others, give direct feedback, and hold people accountable.
  • Strong organization and comfort working with goals, performance numbers, and customer-management software.
  • A genuine interest in wellness and delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Willingness to learn Prime IV’s services, systems, and operating standards.

Spa experience is not required. Relevant backgrounds may include personal training, fitness management, membership sales, retail leadership, hospitality management, or other customer-facing sales roles.

Prior management experience is preferred. Candidates who have successfully built their own client business and can demonstrate leadership ability are also encouraged to apply.

Schedule and leadership expectations

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position. Evening and weekend availability is required based on staffing, events, and business needs.

You should expect to be especially hands-on while establishing team coverage and consistent performance. As you build a capable, reliable team, scheduling flexibility may increase in coordination with ownership. You remain accountable for ensuring the location is appropriately staffed and runs well throughout operating hours.

How success will be measured

We will establish clear goals with you and review progress regularly. Success includes:

  • Growing revenue and active memberships.
  • Converting more first-time guests into members.
  • Improving member retention and repeat visits.
  • Consistently following up with leads and guests.
  • Building a capable, accountable team.
  • Delivering a strong guest experience while managing daily operations effectively.
