Spa Manager

About the role

Serena Beauty & Spa, founded in London in 2016 and now operating in Thailand at Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani, provides premium massage, spa, and beauty services under the concept "SERENA — a world of relaxation in your own way". We blend international standards with Thai service excellence. We are seeking a Spa Manager to lead our team and grow with us.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations and ensure customers receive experiences meeting Serena standards
• Plan and achieve sales targets, membership card sales, and customer return rates
• Schedule therapists and reception staff, summarise commissions and working hours
• Train, teach, and evaluate the team according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Inspect cleanliness, safety, and room arrangement daily
• Handle customer complaints and respond to Google and GoWabi reviews
• Control stock, purchasing, cash, and close daily accounts
• Collaborate on promotion planning and Instagram, TikTok, and LINE OA content
• Report operational results to the shop owner

About you

• 2–3 years of experience managing a spa, massage shop, or beauty business
• Knowledge of massage and spa treatments (Thai massage certificate or spa certification considered a plus)
• Leadership qualities, good communication, patience, and passion for service
• Non-pressured sales skills and ability to work towards KPI targets
• Proficiency with computers, LINE OA booking systems, and social media
• English communication ability
• Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (weekday days off scheduled accordingly)
