We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Spa Manager to lead our spa team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who is passionate about wellness, exceptional guest experiences, and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and support spa staff, including estheticians, massage therapists, and front-desk team members.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from booking through checkout.
• Monitor sales, memberships, retail performance, and other key business metrics.
• Manage inventory, ordering, supplies, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and professionalism.
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and service recovery with professionalism.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Create and implement strategies to increase bookings, revenue, retention, and retail sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health and safety regulations.
• Support marketing promotions, events, memberships, and client retention initiatives.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or related environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong business and sales awareness.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling, POS, and basic computer systems.
• Professional appearance and a passion for wellness and hospitality.
• Relevant state licenses or certifications are a plus.
