Job Summary

SPA Manager provide cosmetic services including hair styling, makeup, hair removal, and skin care consultation to enhance customer appearance and confidence, serving a diverse clientele with professionalism and expertise.

Responsibilities

Perform waxing, hair threading, facial treatments, IPL, hair cutting, and keratin hair treatments to meet diverse customer needs

Style hair and apply makeup tailored to different festivals and client preferences

Provide hair removal and brow-enhancing treatments professionally

Conduct facial skin analysis and deliver customized facial treatment plans based on skin type

Consult clients on appropriate hair and skin care treatments and recommend suitable products

Engage customers professionally to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships

Learn and explain various beauty treatments and products to clients to support informed choices

Manage customer interactions independently with strong sales and engagement skills

Handle work pressure effectively and perform duties with minimal supervision

Required competencies and certifications

Proven working experience as a beautician or Indian salon beautician

Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English to serve Middle Eastern and Indian clients

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Ability to work on public holidays and weekends

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Knowledge of beauty products and industry trends

Strong sales skills

Relevant CIDESCO, CIBTEC, ITEC, or other beauty and wellness certificates

Experience in Brazilian waxing and bridal makeup (considered a bonus)

Positive working attitude and team spirit
