Spa Manager

Are you an experienced and commercially driven Spa Manager with a passion for wellness, exceptional guest experiences, and team leadership?

We are looking for a motivated Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our spa locations, drive business performance, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa , ensuring exceptional guest service and operational standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team, promoting accountability, performance, and continuous improvement .
• Drive sales and revenue performance , ensuring monthly targets and KPIs are consistently monitored and achieved.
• Monitor the spa’s financial performance, control costs, and support overall profitability.
• Identify opportunities to increase bookings, treatment upgrades, retail sales, and client retention .
• Ensure all treatments and services are delivered in accordance with company standards and spa protocols.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, inventory control, and the overall presentation and maintenance of the spa.
• Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, and training to maintain high service and performance standards.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on promotions, packages, campaigns, and events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, hygiene, and operational requirements .
• Handle guest feedback and operational challenges professionally and effectively.

As this is a hands-on operational management role , flexibility is essential. The successful candidate must be available to work weekends and public holidays when required .

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or a similar management role .
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• A commercial mindset , with experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Candidates must be currently residing in Malta . This position is not open for relocation.
