WE ARE HIRING: SPA MANAGER
Location: Alabang / Quezon City
Coverage: Assigned Tulua branch

Tulua Nail Spa & Café is looking for a strong, organized, and system-oriented Spa Manager who can lead TULUA branch. ensure operational compliance, and drive consistent service excellence across all stores.

Qualifications:
College level _/ graduate, preferably Business or any related course
Minimum of 2 years management experience, preferably as Area Manager or multi-branch supervisor
Highly organized and system-oriented
Can handle confidential information with integrity
Capable of managing 8 branches and leading store teams
Strong in operations, people management, sales monitoring, and compliance checking
Willing to do regular store visits and performance audits

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of assigned Tulua branches
Ensure SOP compliance, customer service standards, and brand consistency
Monitor sales performance, staff productivity, inventory, and branch concerns
Coach and guide store managers, receptionists, and staff
Submit regular reports and action plans to management
