Spa Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Spa & Wellness Manager to lead the overall operations, team, and business performance of our spa & wellness facility in Sulawesi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall operations and business performance of the spa & wellness facility
• Manage teams and daily operational activities
• Achieve sales, revenue, and operational targets
• Develop and implement operational strategies
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SOP and service quality standards
• Monitor customer satisfaction and improve service quality
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and team development
• Make strategic decisions and solve operational problems

About you

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, Beauty, or Hospitality management
• Previous experience as Spa Manager, Wellness Manager, or Operations Manager is preferred
• Strong knowledge of spa and wellness business operations
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Strong understanding of SOP and service quality standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational priorities
• Target-oriented, proactive, and organized
• Experience in hotel, resort, or wellness center is a strong advantage
• Willing to be based in Sulawesi
• Fluent in English is preferred
