1. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel's spa and wellness facility. The successful candidate will manage spa staff, coordinate treatments and wellness services, maintain high standards of hygiene, monitor revenue and expenses, and ensure guests receive exceptional relaxation and wellness experiences.

2. Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's spa, wellness, and relaxation facilities.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate spa therapists, massage therapists, receptionists, and other spa personnel.
• Manage spa appointments, bookings, treatment schedules, and guest consultations.
• Ensure guests receive professional, personalized, and high-quality spa services.
• Develop and implement spa treatment menus, service packages, and wellness promotions.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming, conduct, and adherence to service standards.
• Ensure all spa rooms, treatment areas, equipment, and facilities are clean and properly maintained.
• Enforce hygiene, sanitation, safety, and client confidentiality procedures.
• Monitor spa inventory, including oils, skincare products, towels, and treatment supplies.
• Manage stock purchases, operational expenses, budgets, and revenue targets.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special treatment requests professionally.
• Promote spa services, packages, memberships, and wellness programmes to hotel guests.
• Coordinate with the front desk, housekeeping, marketing, and other hotel departments.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, sales, inventory, staff schedules, and operational performance.
• Ensure spa equipment is properly used and maintained, reporting faults when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, increase bookings, and enhance guest satisfaction.

3. Requirements/Skills

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, Wellness, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa, wellness, beauty, or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, massage services, skincare, and wellness procedures.
• Strong leadership, staff management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and spa safety standards.
• Experience in appointment scheduling, inventory control, and revenue management.
• Proficiency in spa booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer retention skills.
• Ability to resolve complaints professionally and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Professional appearance, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
