Spa Manager

KOJI Oriental Maison is an 80-room boutique wellness resort in Modern Indochine style, opening this December.

We are looking for a Spa Manager to build our spa from the ground up and make it the heart of the guest experience.

What you'll do

• Lead the spa pre-opening: concept, signature treatment menu, costing, pricing, SOPs, suppliers and systems

• Recruit, train and certify a team of therapists and spa receptionists

• Run daily operations, quality, hygiene and the full guest journey

• Own the spa budget and P&L, with a focus on capture rate, utilisation, retail and margins

• Create wellness packages and programs with Sales, Rooms and F&B

• Report to the General Manager as a Head of Department

What you bring

• 5+ years in luxury or upscale resort spas, including 2+ years as Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager

• At least one spa or wellness pre-opening

• A hands-on therapist background with recognised certification

• Strong budgeting and treatment-costing skills

• Fluent Vietnamese and good English

• A plus: knowledge of traditional Vietnamese and Asian healing, yoga or meditation
