About PANTÉ

PANTÉ is a modern boutique recovery studio built for repeat guests, not one-time visits.

We focus on professional, consistent bodywork for active lifestyles — recovery, reset, and rest. Our treatments are grounded in Thai and Balinese massage traditions , delivered with care, consistency, and strong technical fundamentals.

We are preparing to open our first studio in Berawa, Bali.

This is an opportunity to join PANTÉ as a founding team member and help build the studio from the ground up.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Spa Manager to build the team during pre-opening and lead daily operations after launch.

The biggest priority initially is recruitment — finding, hiring and building a strong therapist team alongside the Founder.

Once the team is established, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations, scheduling, guest experience, service standards and team performance.

You will report directly to the Founder and help shape the culture and operating standards of PANTÉ from day one.

Key Responsibilities Pre-Opening

• Lead recruitment and hiring of the therapist team, using your industry network and relationships to attract strong talent
• Build the initial team: 1 Senior Therapist + 7 Junior/Mid-level Therapists , scaling over time
• Establish schedules, shifts, workflows and operational systems
• Work with the Founder to implement SOPs and service standards
• Support therapist onboarding and training
• Prepare the studio for a smooth opening

Post-Opening

• Lead daily operations of the studio
• Manage therapist and front-desk scheduling, attendance and performance
• Maintain treatment quality and consistency
• Manage guest experience, feedback and issue resolution
• Hire additional therapists and support staff as needed
• Maintain and improve SOPs
• Build a strong, positive team culture
• Monitor bookings, utilization, retention and other key performance metrics
• Work with the Founder on growth and commercial initiatives
• Support membership, package and retail performance

Team Scope

• Up to 8 therapists , scaling over time
• Front desk / guest services team
• External vendors including cleaning, maintenance and suppliers

Working Schedule****Pre-Opening

Approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility depending on recruitment and setup needs.

Post-Opening

6-day work week, 8 hours per day with 1-hour break.

The Manager is expected to lead by presence during key operating hours, including peak periods, weekends and public holidays.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience managing a spa, wellness studio or hospitality operation
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• Hands-on, structured and detail-oriented
• Experience managing therapists or service teams
• Strong network within Bali’s spa / therapist community
• Proven ability to recruit and build a strong team
• Comfortable building systems from zero
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Comfortable working with international guests
• Calm, composed and solution-oriented
• High integrity and professionalism

Bonus

• Pre-opening experience
• Thai or Balinese massage background
• Experience training or mentoring therapists
• Familiarity with online booking and POS systems such as Fresha

Compensation & Benefits

IDR 8,000,000–12,000,000/month , negotiable based on experience
