Spa Manager - Wellness Program Manager

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs tailored to meet the needs of our guests.
• Manage and supervise a team of spa professionals, providing guidance on best practices and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of wellness initiatives.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing teams within the hospitality industry, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
• Strong understanding of wellness principles and practices, including nutrition, yoga, and meditation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of CRM software and point-of-sale systems is an asset.
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
