Duties

• Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extensions with precision and care
• Apply advanced techniques such as nail art based on color theory principles to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and provide personalized care
• Conduct additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments as needed
• Upsell retail products related to nail care and skincare to support clients’ ongoing beauty routines
• Follow disinfection procedures diligently between appointments to uphold health standards and client trust

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related fields
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nails and skincare services
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols
• Proficiency in nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, and other advanced nail techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of color theory for creative nail art design and client consultations
• Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
