• Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extensions, and intricate nail art using color theory principles.
• Apply and maintain nail enhancements such as acrylics and gel overlays with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough sanitation and disinfection procedures before and after each client to ensure salon safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and communicate nail care tips effectively.
• Offer additional beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, or esthetic laser treatments when qualified.
• Upsell retail products related to nail care and skincare to enhance client satisfaction and support salon sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to all health and safety standards while delivering a relaxing spa atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and extension work.
• Knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics is required; additional certifications in specific treatments such as dermabrasion or laser therapy are a plus.
• Proficiency in applying various nail enhancements including acrylics, gel manicures, and nail extensions with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.
• Strong retail sales skills with an understanding of retail math to meet sales targets through upselling products.

Pay: $24.14 - $29.07 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
