Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry
• Apply advanced techniques including nail extensions and dermabrasion to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain strict adherence to salon safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or retail products
• Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions to promote healthy nails
• Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and body treatments to maximize client experience and revenue

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with strong skills in manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions
• Knowledge of color theory and nail care techniques to deliver customized results
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and sanitation standards essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required; additional training in hair extensions or threading is a plus
• Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong retail sales skills combined with confidence in upselling complementary products or treatments
