Spa Operation cum Sales Manager

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Spa Operation cum Sales Manager to join our team at our Genting Highlands location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving both operational excellence and revenue growth within our spa division. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa whilst simultaneously developing and implementing sales strategies to maximise business performance. This role combines hands-on operational management with strategic business development, making it essential to our continued success in the competitive hospitality and wellness sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain exceptional service quality
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase spa revenue and market share
• Monitor spa performance metrics, budgets, and financial targets, reporting results to management
• Create promotional campaigns and packages to attract new clients and retain existing customers
• Manage client relationships and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of spa services with hotel offerings
• Serve as the main liaison between management and staff, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and problem solving across all outlets in Genting.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to uphold service standards
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with potential corporate clients and wellness providers

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa management, hospitality operations, or a related management role

• Proven track record in sales achievement and revenue growth within the hospitality or wellness industry

• Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments, and customer service excellence

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the spa and hospitality industry

• Fluency in English and Malay; Mandrin languages are advantageous

• A proactive, organised, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving
