Spa Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for supervising the spa team, maintaining service quality, supporting business performance, and ensuring all operations run smoothly in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

* Lead, support, and monitor spa staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.

* Ensure excellent guest service standards and handle guest concerns appropriately.

* Monitor spa cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety procedures.

* Manage stock levels, treatment supplies, and operational inventory.

* Support promotional activities and help drive revenue growth.

* Prepare reports related to operations, staff performance, and spa activities.

* Coordinate with management to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

* Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.

* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* Good knowledge of spa treatments, services, and operational procedures.

* Service-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.

* Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

* Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
