What they need
We're looking for friendly and reliable Spa Reception Interns to join our front desk team at Thai Bay. This role is great for someone who enjoys working with people and wants hands-on experience in guest service and spa operations. You'll be guided and mentored by a full-time receptionist throughout the internship.
What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Manage bookings, appointments, and walk-in guest requests
- Handle guest questions and requests during their visit
- Support day-to-day front desk operations alongside the team, under the guidance of a full-time receptionist
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills, friendly personality, comfortable talking to guests
- Able to manage bookings and handle guest requests
- Able to work weekends
