Spa Receptionist

Paradasia Royale Spa is seeking an exceptional Spa Receptionist to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, as well as handling various administrative and customer service duties to ensure the smooth operation of our luxury spa.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handling inquiries and booking appointments over the phone, in person, and through online channels
• Checking in and checking out guests, processing payments, and managing client accounts
• Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
• Providing information about our spa services, promotions, and offerings
• Assisting with inventory management and light administrative tasks
• Collaborating with the spa team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Candidates with degrees from any field of study will be considered for this position
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa, hotel, or luxury retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using booking and billing systems, knowledgeable in MS Office
• Training will be provided for booking and billing systems as no specific software experience is required
• A professional, well-groomed appearance and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
