SPA Receptionist

A new Maderotherapy studio in the heart of Canggu is looking for a professional Receptionist to become the face of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet, greet, and warmly welcome clients upon arrival
• Present and sell services clearly and confidently
• Manage customer's inquires and appointment schedule efficiently
• Process payments
• Take care of administrative tasks and daily reports
• Maintain cleanliness, tidieness, and overall presentation of the studio

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Well-organized person with a strong sense of business ethics, personal responsibility and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales and presentation skills

• Previous experience in reception of wellness/ beauty industry

What We Offer:

• Schedule: 5 days/week 10:00-20:00 including weekends
• Salary IDR 4,500,000 - 5,000,000 + BPJS
