SPA Receptionist

What you’ll do:

• Handle incoming calls, guest concerns, service requests, and F&B reservations with clear and timely communication
• Manage WhatsApp messages, guest activity reservations, and F&B group bookings
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest needs and escalate urgent matters when required
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, service requests, and resolutions while supporting upselling opportunities

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in a hotel of a similar standard
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, multitasking, time management, and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with guest service systems, CRM software, incident handling, and service coordination
