Spa Receptionist

Maxará Aesthetics is looking for a polished, dependable, personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who is more than just good at answering phones and scheduling appointments. The right person will be a quick learner, comfortable with technology and social media, great with people, and naturally take initiative when something needs to be done.

This is a hands-on position in a small, close-knit aesthetics practice. We want someone who takes pride in their work and appearance, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to become someone we can truly rely on.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression
• Answer phones, messages, and basic client questions
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Check clients in and out and process payments
• Learn our services and products so you can confidently assist clients
• Create, post, and help manage social media content
• Assist with simple photos, videos, and day-to-day content for the business
• Keep the front desk and client areas clean, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
• Help with laundry, light cleaning, stocking, and other everyday tasks
• Notice what needs attention and take initiative without always needing direction
• Assist with miscellaneous projects as the business continues to grow

Experience

Previous experience in reception, customer service, a spa, salon, medical office, or aesthetics setting is a plus, but not required.

Experience with or familiarity with spa and aesthetic services is helpful, but we’re happy to teach the right person.

Social media experience or a genuine interest in creating and posting content is strongly preferred.

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Starting at $15/hour, with higher pay depending on experience
