We're Hiring: Receptionist

Koi Wellness Sauna & Spa is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer focused Receptionist to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage guest check ins and check outs.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Answer inquiries through walk ins, phone calls, and social media.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Perform other administrative and front desk duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• College level or college graduate.
• Previous experience in customer service or reception is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and willing to learn.
• Honest, dependable, and well groomed.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
