About the role

Asmara Eco Spa in Sanur is seeking a professional, friendly, and service-oriented Front Desk ( English speaking required) to join our team. The role involves welcoming guests, managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and promoting spa services in a premium eco-friendly spa environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and settle guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable before their treatment
• Attend to walk-in enquiries with clear, friendly communication
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Respond to calls and messages promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Coordinate therapist schedules to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Handle sales administration including retail sales, package purchases, and daily transaction summaries
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client details, payments, and daily reports
• Promote and upsell spa services and packages

About you

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Admin, receptionist, or similar customer-facing role
• English communication skills
• Experience in tourism or hospitality is highly preferred
• Sales or upselling ability
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer-service mindset
