Spa Receptionist

30 hours a week. must have retail experience, spa experience or bilingual is a plus and can effect pay., flexible with schedule, must be able an familiar with social media posting.

Key holder front desk/spa evening and weekend availability is required. We are closed sundays.

Familiar with spa software/ Mindbody on line is in use

Located Louetta @249 in the Vintage Park Area

The Sales Associate will work closely with our customers to provide an overwhelmingly positive experience to drive our business. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and delivering top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional, high volume aesthetic and massage spa

The requirements of Sales Associate:

Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service sales experience required.

Able to effectively communicate with clients.
Able to work well with others in a fun, fast-paced environment
Must be customer service focused and multi tasking .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide excellent client's experience.
Schedule new and return appointments based on client's preferences, check out and check in, answer phones,filling,and other duties specified by manager.
Present Results Programs, Gift Certificates and specials of the months
Set goals for selling memberships.
Create and maintain positive working relationships with Team Members, maintain and share shift duties to keep spa clean and sanitary.
Take pride and accountability in all aspects of your job.
