The Spa Receptionist is responsible for delivering a warm and professional welcome to all spa guests, managing spa reservations, and ensuring smooth daily spa operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for the spa and plays a key role in creating a relaxing and memorable guest experience while supporting therapists and spa management.

- Managing spa reservations and scheduling
- Handling guest inquiries
- Delivering a warm and professional welcome to spa guests
- Ensuring smooth daily spa operations
- Supporting therapists and spa management
About you
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant personality
- Ability to handle reservations, scheduling, and guest inquiries
- Prior experience as a Spa Receptionist / Front Desk / Guest Service Agent is an advantage
- Experience in a hotel or resort spa environment preferred
