Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of our spa.
• Handle all guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using our booking system, accommodating special requests and ensuring optimal flow of services.
• Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions to assist guests in choosing treatments that best suit their needs.
• Coordinate with therapists and staff to confirm appointments and communicate any changes or special instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects the calming atmosphere of our spa environment.
• Support guest services by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for.

Requirements

• Three Years proven experience in hospitality or guest services, preferably within a hotel or spa setting.
• Excellent phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous experience with hotel or spa booking systems is a plus.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
