SPA RECEPTIONIST / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and sales-oriented Spa Receptionist / Sales Personnel to manage front desk operations, welcome clients, schedule appointments, promote spa services, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to create a welcoming environment while identifying opportunities to increase revenue.

Job Description

• Welcome clients warmly and provide professional assistance upon arrival at the spa.
• Manage front desk operations, including appointments, reservations, walk-in clients, and phone inquiries.
• Explain available spa treatments, massage services, beauty therapies, packages, and membership options to clients.
• Promote and sell spa services, products, gift vouchers, and special packages to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable treatments or services.
• Follow up with clients to encourage repeat bookings and build long-term customer relationships.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions.
• Maintain an organized appointment schedule and coordinate with therapists to ensure timely service delivery.
• Contact clients to confirm bookings, send reminders, and communicate promotions where appropriate.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the spa’s revenue growth.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and organized reception area.
• Keep accurate records of client details, bookings, purchases, and preferences while maintaining confidentiality.
• Monitor the availability of spa products and reception supplies and report shortages when necessary.
• Support marketing activities, promotions, and customer retention initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: ₦70,000.00 per month
