Spa Reservations Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Spa Reservations Agent to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be managing all aspects of spa reservation bookings with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for every guest by providing exceptional customer care, handling enquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, providing clear information about spa services and availability
• Manage reservations accurately using the booking system, including modifications and cancellations
• Assist guests in selecting treatments, packages, and scheduling appointments that meet their preferences
• Work closely within the sales team, assisting with all other bookings and enquiries when necessary
• Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing enquiries promptly and courteously, both over the phone, electronically and sometimes in person

Experience

• Previous experience within a spa environment is essential
• Working within a sales team in hospitality is definitely and advantage
• Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of Premier Core (EMS) and/or Rezlynx software is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
• Ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
