JOB REQUIREMENTS – SPA SUPERVISOR
Qualifications
- Minimum SMK/Diploma.
- Having minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality or beauty industry, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatment, spa products, and daily spa operations.
- Good understanding of inventory control, cashier/POS systems, and digital booking systems.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to lead, motivate, and develop therapists and reception team.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional appearance with a positive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
