Spa Supervisor

The Spa Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the hotel spa, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a clean, relaxing, and professional environment. This role involves leading the spa team, managing schedules, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate spa receptionists, therapists, and attendants. Assist with staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Greet guests, handle bookings, and resolve any customer complaints or special requests quickly and professionally.
• Ensure the spa opens and closes efficiently. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the facility.
• Monitor stock levels of spa products, linen, and supplies. Promote retail sales and ensure displays are clean and organized.
• Handle cash and card transactions, manage the daily till, and assist the manager with basic revenue tracking.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury spa, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve guest issues effectively.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Residing in Tacloban or nearby areas.
• Can start ASAP.
