Job Requirements

●     Previous supervisory or leadership experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or a related service environment is preferred.

●     Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor, Spa Manager, or in a similar supervisory role.

●     Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

●     Good knowledge of spa treatments, services, and operational procedures.

●     Service-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

●     Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
