Role Description The Spa Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami Beach, FL, responsible for overseeing daily spa operations and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. This role includes overseeing front of the house staff scheduling and performance, coordinating spa services, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The Spa Supervisor will monitor inventory, support budgeting and revenue goals, and ensure that all procedures comply with company standards and local regulations. They will handle guest inquiries and feedback, promote spa services and retail products, and collaborate with property management to align spa offerings with overall amenity strategies. The Spa Supervisor will also train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and contribute to a positive, professional workplace culture.

• Candidates should possess strong management skills, including team leadership and operational oversight.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to, support revenue targets, and contribute to financial reporting.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Skin Care and spa treatments to guide service offerings and support staff.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior spa or hospitality management experience, knowledge of wellness trends, and familiarity with booking and POS systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are preferred.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is advantageous.
