About the Team Leader Role

As the Team Leader, you will guide, mentor, and supervise our spa therapists and attendants, cultivating a positive, professional, and high-performing team environment. Leveraging your strong knowledge of spa treatments, you will champion the training, evaluation, and continuous development of your team members. You will be a highly visible leader on the spa floor, actively monitoring daily operations and jumping in to provide hands-on, practical support alongside your team whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Workforce Management

• Schedule Optimization: Create and manage daily and weekly staff schedules, carefully balancing therapist availability with guest demand to ensure optimal coverage.
• Attendance Tracking: Oversee daily attendance, manage time-off requests, and handle shift adjustments to maintain seamless spa operations.
• Team Development: Assist in the ongoing training and performance evaluation of spa personnel to foster continuous professional growth.

Operational Excellence & Guest Experience

• Quality Control: Ensure all spa facilities, treatment rooms, and reception areas are immaculately clean, safe, and consistently aligned with brand standards.
• Guest Relations: Act as the primary escalation point for guest inquiries, special requests, and conflict resolution, handling all interactions with empathy and professionalism.

Commercial & Administrative Duties

• Revenue Growth: Drive spa revenue by promoting treatments, coaching the team on upselling retail products, and helping develop engaging wellness packages.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels for spa supplies, retail products, and linens, coordinating proactively with procurement to prevent shortages.
• Financial Reconciliation: Assist in managing daily sales reports, tracking operational expenses, and ensuring accurate end-of-day financial reconciliations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain highly organized and confidential records of guest appointments, preferences, and daily operational logs.
