Role Description The Spa Technician role at Hardscapes Plus is a full-time, on-site position located in Williston, ND. In this role, the Spa Technician will install, maintain, and repair spas and related equipment, including pumps, heaters, filters, and controls. Daily tasks may include water testing and balancing, cleaning and inspecting spa components, performing routine preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues. The Spa Technician will interact directly with customers to explain maintenance needs, provide service recommendations, and ensure a clean, safe work area. This role also involves accurate documentation of work performed, adherence to safety guidelines, and collaboration with the broader team to schedule and complete service visits efficiently.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting skills relevant to spa equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and working in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for interacting with clients and explaining technical issues in clear terms.
• Attention to detail in water testing, chemical balancing, and completion of service records and documentation.
• Reliable time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to travel to job sites as needed.
• Previous experience in spa, pool, or related maintenance is preferred; technical or vocational training in maintenance or trades is a plus.
