Roles and Responsibility

• Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are sanitized and tidy.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of various spa treatments and therapies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Familiarity with various spa treatments and therapies, including massage and facial techniques.
