Spa Therapist

About the role

Provide massage and spa treatment services to clients, including relaxation massage, body massage, body scrub, body mask, and other spa treatments according to expertise and standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct brief consultations to understand client needs and preferences
• Prepare treatment spaces, equipment, and products before service
• Provide massage services using appropriate techniques and pressure suited to client needs and comfort
• Perform body scrub, body mask, body treatment, and other spa care according to SOP
• Provide treatment or product recommendations suited to client needs
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas, tools, linens, and equipment
• Ensure client comfort and professional service delivery
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality during treatment
• Sterilise and reorganise treatment areas and equipment after service completion
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and service SOPs and stay current with massage techniques and spa care trends
