Spa Therapist

About the role

The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing all massage and beauty therapy services requested by the guests and ensuring that all guests' treatments and service are in accordance with the LeSpa's standard of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials and packages) in a safe, comfortable and professional manner
• Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, spa pantry room, spa waiting room, treatment rooms, spa store room, and relaxation areas
• Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift and stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
• Maintain current licensure in service area by taking continuing education if needed and renewing license before expiration date
• Assist spa reception desk when needed
• Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect

About you

• At least Middle School graduated or higher
• Certificate from Ministry of Public Health or reliable institutes (Thai Massage, Foot Massage)
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar position
• Good in treatment knowledge/experience - Body Massage, Body Treatments, Facial treatments
• Good English Language and local language skills
• Good general health
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holiday, morning shift, evening shift and flexible hours as shift extending may exist at end of shift based on business demands
• Work well under pressure and have problem solving skills
