Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Client Care and Treatments:

• Perform advanced massages, such as deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stone therapies.
• Administer specialized body treatments like scrubs and wraps.
• Conduct detailed skin and body consultations to assess client needs.
• Recommend home-care products and additional spa services to clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records for all guests.

Leadership and Mentorship:

• Train and guide junior spa therapists on techniques and service standards.
• Act as a role model to foster teamwork and high morale.
• Provide departmental orientation to newly recruited team members.
• Report any operational issues or training needs to the Six Senses Spa Management or supervisor.

Operations and Hygiene:

• Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably clean, safe, and hygienic.
• Check and set up daily operations according to brand standards.
• Monitor product usage and help manage inventory stock levels.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Diploma.
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Be Able to perform four(4) varieties of Spa Therapy Procedures (body scrub, body massage, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) safely and comfortably.
• Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products.
