What they need
- Perform a variety of spa treatments such as massage, facials, body scrubs, and more, tailored to guest needs
- Provide personalized consultations to guests and recommend treatments based on individual preferences
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment areas
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure appropriate use of spa products and equipment
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring guest safety and comfort during treatments
- Assist with spa setup, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment
- Create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for guests, enhancing their spa experience
- Handle guest concerns and requests professionally and with a positive attitude
- Support wellness programs and activities offered at the resort
- Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury or boutique setting
- Proficiency in various massage techniques and spa treatments
- Strong understanding of health and wellness practices
- Excellent communication skills in English
