Spa Therapist

• Deliver professional spa treatments to company standards, including massage, facials, body wraps, scrubs and other therapies as required
• Complete client consultations, record relevant medical history and agree treatment plans and aftercare
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment; follow salon/spa health and safety procedures
• Recommend and sell appropriate retail products and follow up on course bookings to support revenue targets
• Manage appointment times, reception handovers and client records using booking systems where provided
• Attend regular training sessions to maintain standards and expand treatment skills
• Support opening/closing duties, stock checks and basic stock rotation for retail and treatment supplies
• Build rapport to encourage repeat bookings and positive guest feedback

Essential skills and experience

• Relevant beauty therapy or massage qualification (e.g. ayurvedic therapist course or diploma or equivalent)
• Practical experience delivering a range of spa treatments in a salon or spa environment
• Good communication and consultation skills, with the ability to record client information accurately
• Understanding of basic health and safety, hygiene and infection-control procedures
• Right to work in the rural area and willingness to work flexible shift patterns including weekends

Desirable

• Additional training in specialist therapies (e.g. aromatherapy, hot stone, reflexology)
• Experience with retail sales and meeting upsell targets
• Familiarity with salon booking software and electronic client records
• First aid training or insurance for self-employed therapists
• Experience working in a high-end or boutique spa environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
