Our health club and spa, with 6 treatment rooms, a relaxation room and a Technogym gym, welcomes hotel guests, private members and spa day visitors who expect the very best.

What you'll be doing

Delivering a full range of massage, facial and body treatments to five star standard

Leading thorough consultations and completing treatment records before every treatment

Preparing and turning over your treatment room so it's spotless, at the right temperature and ready for each guest

Building lasting relationships with guests and encouraging repeat bookings

Giving expert aftercare advice and recommending products from our ishga skincare range

Letting management know when products or retail stock run low

Some reception cover when needed

What you'll bring

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or VTCT, CIBTAC, ITEC equivalent) required

Previous experience as a spa therapist, ideally in a hotel, day spa or luxury setting

Excellent massage technique

Confident delivering professional facials and body treatments

Immaculate personal presentation and a warm, polished manner

Pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience every time
