Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, professional, and client-focused Spa Therapist with 2–3 years of relevant experience in spa and wellness services. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various therapeutic massage techniques and body treatments, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapies, body treatments, and wellness services as per established spa standards.

• Offer treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and other relevant therapies based on training and expertise.

• Understand guests’ needs, preferences, and concerns to recommend suitable treatments.

• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in treatment rooms and spa facilities.

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, oils, and other supplies before each appointment.

• Provide a warm, courteous, and professional guest experience while maintaining confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.

• Recommend suitable spa treatments and wellness packages to enhance guest satisfaction and support revenue generation.

• Maintain treatment records, manage appointments, and coordinate with the spa team for smooth daily operations.

• Follow all safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and service quality guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills and service delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist in a hotel, resort, luxury spa, or wellness centre.

• Certification or formal training in massage therapy, spa treatments, or a related field is preferred.

• Good knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality with a professional, well-groomed appearance.

• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

• Ability to understand guest preferences and deliver personalised treatments.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
