Spa Therapist

For our client, a well-established and highly rated beauty and wellness salon in the surroundings of Split, Croatia, we are looking for an experienced Spa Therapist to join their team.

The salon specialises in a wide range of massage and wellness treatments, welcoming clients looking for relaxation, recovery, and personalised care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced therapist who enjoys working with clients and would like to build a long-term career in Croatia.

Candidate requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a hotel spa, wellness centre, day spa, or beauty salon
• Experience in performing different types of massages, particularly deep tissue, sports, and relaxation massages
• Knowledge of face and body treatments
• Good English communication skills (Croatian is a plus)
• Relevant spa therapy qualifications, certificates, or diplomas
• A friendly, professional approach and the ability to adapt treatments to individual clients' needs
• Willingness to relocate to Croatia for a long-term position

About the job:

• Location: Split area, Croatia – on the beautiful Dalmatian coast
• Salary: €1,500–€1,700 net per month (€2,150–€2,450 gross per month)
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, 5-day working week
• Employment: Full-time, permanent, year-round position – not seasonal
• Accommodation: Free accommodation provided for candidates relocating from abroad (private room in a shared house, within walking distance of the workplace)
• Work in a well-established salon offering a variety of treatments, including relaxation, sports, deep tissue, facial, hot stone, and other specialised massages
• Your duties will include welcoming clients, understanding their needs, recommending suitable treatments, performing massages and body treatments, and maintaining high standards of client care
