About the role
To ensure that the highest standards of SPA services are adhered to, that guest experience exceeds expectation. To perform all reasonable services a guest may require, in order to satisfy them efficiently and promptly. To anticipate guest requests and keep senior management well-informed as to problems and actions taken.
Key responsibilities
- Perform Spa Therapies on a daily basis with ability for shift relocation as Spa Receptionist
- Confidently communicate product knowledge and educate clients in URSPA services, products and procedures when they call or visit the SPA or during treatment
- Promote URSPA and build brand image
- Demonstrate proficiency in all retail products and benefits, ingredients and recipes of treatments offered in the spa menu
- Support the Spa Supervisor and establish and maintain cleanliness, maintenance and service standards
- Ensure therapists follow the SPA code of conduct
- Maintain good rapport and relationship with everyone in the place of work and support the team in any required times
