Spa Mathis Retreat Ubud Contract

About The Role Join our sanctuary team at Mathis Retreat Ubud as a Spa Therapist Supervisor, where you will lead a team of talented therapists in delivering transformative wellness experiences that nurture the soul of every guest. At Dijiwa Sanctuaries, we believe that true luxury lies in the genuine connection between our team members and our guests, and as a supervisor, you will be pivotal in cultivating this atmosphere of warmth and authenticity. You will oversee daily spa operations, ensuring that each treatment reflects our commitment to exceptional service while maintaining the serene, intimate atmosphere that defines our boutique hospitality. Your role extends beyond technical expertise—it encompasses mentoring your team, maintaining our rigorous quality standards, and collaborating closely with the wider hotel team to create seamless guest journeys. Success in this position means fostering a collaborative environment where your therapists thrive, guests leave feeling rejuvenated beyond their expectations, and the spa becomes a standout highlight of their Dijiwa experience. You will be the guardian of our wellness philosophy, translating the essence of Indonesian healing traditions into modern, personalized treatments that resonate with our diverse international guests. This is an opportunity to grow your leadership skills in a luxury setting while contributing to the legacy of sanctuary and soul that Dijiwa Sanctuaries embodies.
