Job Overview

The Spa Treatment Manager is responsible for supporting the Spa Management team in the day-to-day management and performance of the Treatment Department, whilst maintaining an active treatment role within the Spa.

The successful applicant will provide leadership, direction and support to the therapists, ensuring consistently high standards of guest service, treatment delivery, cleanliness, professionalism and commercial performance. A key focus of the role will be driving treatment and retail performance, effective stock management and a focused motivated therapist team. The Spa Treatment Manager will work closely with the Spa Management team and Senior Therapists to ensure the continued smooth running and success of Peake spa.

Responsibilties

• Take day-to-day responsibility for the smooth running and performance of the Treatment Department, working closely with the Spa Management team and Senior Therapists.
• Maintain an active treatment role within the Spa leading by example in the delivery of treatments.
• Provide leadership, direction and support to the Therapists, ensuring consistently high standards of treatment delivery and guest care.
• Work closely with the Senior Therapists to support the training and development of the therapist.
• Ensure the therapists team are adequately staffed and work closely with Reception and Spa Management to maximise treatment availability.
• Take a lead role in driving retail performance within the team, motivating the Therapists to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Be able to manage budgets, driving sales and implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, complaints and operational issues professionally and appropriately.
• Ensure treatment rooms and treatment areas are maintained to the required standards of presentation, hygiene and cleanliness.

Ideal candidate

The ideal spa treatment manager will have strong leadership and communication skills, excellent treatment knowledge, a passion for delivering outstanding guest experience, and experience running a motivated team.

Previous experience within a spa or salon with experience in a supervisory or management role is essential.

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
